How long does a walk last?
Between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the route. The exact duration is shown on each experience.
What languages are available?
Italian and English. Choose your language when you book.
Where does the experience start?
Each walk has its own meeting point in the city centre. You receive the exact address and a map link in your booking confirmation.
How do I book?
Pick a Walking Experience, choose date, time and language, and pay online. Your confirmation arrives by email straight away.
What happens if it rains?
Most walks go ahead in light rain. In bad weather we contact you to move the walk to another date or refund it.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. You can cancel or change your date from the link in your confirmation email, within the terms shown at booking.
Are the walks suitable for children?
Yes, children are welcome. Some routes include stairs and cobbled streets, so strollers are not always practical. Each experience lists its accessibility notes.
